On the Transport layer, MAST supports a range of alternatives for both access and aggregation backhauling. On the Network side, the solution supports diverse networking technologies including NG-SDH/SONET, Hybrid/Native2 (native TDM and native IP), Pseudowire, Carrier-Grade Ethernet and pure IP.
